NFL.com article: Top Lockerroom messengers

He had positive and negative ones which I thought was an interesting take. Must say not surprised about Draft. I like him a bunch when he was in Carolina. Smart dude. I'm not really surprised by a lot of them. The guy has some interesting comments for some of the players too. Some that are perceived as positive voices in their lockerrooms sure are tools in my book though like Crayton, Lewis, Porter and Pierce

Carolina: QB Jake Delhomme -- Courageous, tough player whose down-home style clicks in his locker room.
not bad.

i think he's right that cincy is changing. palmer has really stepped it up this offseason. much more vocal than i have heard from him.

it's a shame about the bills but that might be right.

about bart scott stepping up at the jets, i can see that. it's been a long time coming.

i have a hard time, though, with guys that are new to the team being considered 'the voice' but i guess in those situations there really isn't anyone else.

Yeah, the specific nature of his comments like the one about Jake made me feel as though he asked around and found out real opinions instead of just hazarding guesses.

With teams like SF (in transition, no real mainstays as players), I can see the guy's point.

I was surprised that the Bills ever let London Fletcher go to be honest.

I think Palmer is sick of the Ocho circus and who can blame him?
