LMAO!!!!! A really good friend of mine is a bears fan. When the Panthers cut Lucas I joked with him that the Bears love to sign our former CBs. He got pissed. I can't wait to tell him!!

IMO, the Bears signing him doesn't make a lot of sense. We've got a pretty good group of CB's, two of whom already have starter salaries in Vasher and Peanut, with a young backup CB who has shown he can start in Zack Bowman. Unless he's planning on switching to Safety... that's the only way I'd consider it, but the Bears wouldn't pay him starter money for a guy that hasn't played the position, I don't think... and it sounds like he's looking for starter money.

The move doesn't make sense to me, if it were to happen...
