Jon Beason said his surgery was to relieve inflammation in a bone in his foot, not Achilles-related. Hopes to play vs. Arizona.

Beason said he's not run in two months and is most worried about his conditioning rather than knowing the new defense.

Really? That could be huge... I know he's in shape otherwise, but not running in his position is an issue.
