It is a valid concern, especially against speedy rushers.

this thread will have about 3 more posts in it. such is the uncharismatic ways of the gabbert.

I don't honestly care how charismatic any of these guys are or aren't. Whether or not they can do the job is what matters.

Man he is really boring to hear talk. I wonder if he has that extra gear to inspire guys in the huddle. Kind of interesting to see Gruden go so hard at him. I haven't really seen that kind of picking apart with anybody else regarding such specific details of mechanics. He didn't handle it poorly though, so that's good for him.

Tom Brady sounds like a dullard when he talks, so that factor doesn't worry me.

Gruden tends to position himself as kind of a "gauntlet" that they have to run through, which is not a bad thing.

Call me crazy but I like Gabbert more than Cam.

I am with you there. He gives me more confidence that he will be successfull in the NFL. You have to look past the athleticsm of Cam, and tell me which one is the better pocket passer.. because that is what win's in the NFL.
