He's and USC, are just the ones that got caught. I know for a fact that other universities, one the won back to back championships, do the exact same thing!

There's almost impossible for a University can really police what alumni do for players and their families, if no one rats them out.

This is just another example where the NCAA falls short. Scouting and Sports agents are another area! When agents over step their rules, it's the school that suffers never the agent. NCAA encouraged alumni involvment, they have big and deep pockets! However, when this happens, it's the school that takes it in the ass!
