Tar-Oil ball found on SC Beach this weekend!

I spent all weekend on the beach. Around 4pm today a group of people crowded around a mushy tar ball. People were taking pictures and it was pretty depressing. This one guy picked it up and was observing it (although everyone was telling him not to touch it). He smelled it, turns out it was a big pile of dogshlt. That's Folly Beach for ya folks!
