Clausen, the team's second-round draft pick, began taking reps with the second-team offense on Thursday ahead of Hunter Cantwell. It's unclear if things will remain that way moving forward. However, it's widely expected that Clausen will enter the season as the No. 2 quarterback behind Matt Moore, but the fact that he's taking snaps with the second team at this stage is a good sign when it comes to his progression.

Yeah, I've read other versions of that article before myself. My prediction is Moore will get injured mid-season with Clausen coming in & making a nice impression. As far as our college scout being fired...WTF??? He's been doing a GREAT job in the past few years IMO
