ESPN.com's Joe Schad reports that it's a done deal, that Benn will indeed announce at the presser he will leave a year of eligibility on the table.

Benn was one of the most talked-about receivers in the nation entering the 2009 season, but was a victim of the stunning and utter regression of Illini quarterback Juice Williams.
