6 QBs With 3 Ints Or Less Than Jake Delhomme

You would be surprised who is on that list:

Jay Cutler -12

Matthew Stafford - 12

Matt Ryan - 11

Kurt Warner - 11

Mark Sanchez - 10

Matt Schaub - 9

5 of those guys are in air it out offenses; and probably will double Jakes pass attempts by seasons end.

If Jake had as many attempts as any of these guys there would be alot more by now.

2 are rookies, 1 is in his 2nd year. Warner's coach isn't afraid to let him

throw it.

Jay Cutler- Had almost 400 yards passing last week and is passing more and more as the season progresses

Kurt Warner- 5 tds passing last week.

Matt Schaub- top of the list on almost ever passing category

Matt Stafford- Almost had 50 pass attempts this weeek had 33 last week and shows no signs of stopping

Carson Palmer- Uhh Air it Out and it sets up the run.

Mark Sanchez- this week he had 35 passing attempts and 2 weeks ago he had 29.

All these qbs throw almost double what Jake does; which is my point. Even a balanced pass offense is an air it out offense compared to the offense we run, which is run and run and run some more.

      he averaged 2 yards in YAC per reception last year.  He can't generate quick separation.  He was debating retirement last year.    Yet we championing him as some great option.  AT is a savvy vet we force feed the ball too......on a team starved for basic offense the last couple seasons.  We overrated AT.  Which is why some freak when people like JT on his podcast point out the painfully obvious about him.

      I mean, he is a slot technician.  That's what he does.  So, in a good offense, you would be trotting him out there on 3rd downs and situationally.....to not take what they give him but to move chains.  It's a niche.  AT hasn't threatened defenses in years.  Last time we saw Renfrow on the field he averaged..... 6 yards YAC per catch.  Adam Thielen last year averaged....2 yards in YAC per catch last year.  I still contend in reality, AT isn't a slot WR.  Not in reality.  He is an aging rec TE.  And those aren't the same thing.  AT simply can't generate quick separation or provide YAC.
