ESPN is reporting that Mike Williams (4th overall pick in 2002), who has been out for three seasons, will likely return as the Skins starting RG today taking over for Chad Rinehart. The guy hasn't played in years. Last recorded game played was in 2003.

Just providing some info. I won't speculate on what it might mean.
