  1. Anything that takes Nick Scott off the field I am on board with.
  2. Sack production way lower than expected over his career. What am I missing here? I get he’s young and plays a premium position but I’m not loving this.
  3. No thanks on Jaelan Phillips. Good player, long long history of serious injuries back to his college days. At one point he had basically medically retired while at UCLA before transferring and then living up to his 5 star rating coming out of high school. Don’t want to throw huge DE money on a guy that’s banged up constantly.
  4. Having worked for a college football program with a large Pacific Islander presence on the roster + the NFL, can confirm. Polys in football have “the pass”. Heard it every day.
  5. Wish like hell Toney was eligible this year. He is exactly what this offense is missing.
  6. Watching this game tonight and the Pats earlier … it becomes even more unfathomable that Fitterer and co. thought “Yeah, let’s trade up for Bryce Young now” with the likes of Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, and Nix set to be eligible the following draft. Just horrific decision making. So so bad.
  7. Broncos should sign Brady out of retirement to come back and beat his former team.
  8. That’s actually a very good hire for ATL…
  9. Happy for Shaq! Some brutal injury luck but happy to see him back out there making plays.
  10. Bryce alluded to Ickey playing banged up all year in his presser and a couple weeks back he hurt the knee and had an MRI. Those results were never publicized but gotta think there was some damage there that he played through but it also could have contributed to this more significant injury. I admire that he tried to gut it out and managed to play through it for the team. Can’t imagine that wear and tear when you’re that size.
  11. Dude was on the receiving end of far too many big plays in the Rams’ favor tonight. - Cooked in coverage on the first Puka score to make it 7-0 - Laughably out of position on a big Higbee reception down the seam in the second quarter - Unnecessary helmet to helmet on Adams along the sideline. Had plenty of time and real estate to lead with his shoulder while still forcing an incompletion. - Dropped INT that potentially ends the game (though a hell of a play by Puka to break it up) Probably missing several others. Team desperately needs to upgrade the safety position opposite Moehrig. We knew what he was entering this season, and Evero was loyal to a fault. Killed us all night.
