  1. Pie for the Howell content. The last time he took snaps in the NFL for Seattle, he went 5 of 14 for 24 yards, one INT and took 4 sacks. I don't know why there's this myth out there that he's this undiscovered gem. That said, Pickett is in the same boat of awful but at least we didn't have to trade anything for him. Still, I would have rather given his contract to Marcus Mariota who signed for 500k less to stay in Washington. At least Mariota has looked competent when relied on for a spot start here and there and has more of a veteran presence than someone who has only been in the league one year longer than Bryce has.
  2. That's because PCL stands for posterior cruciate ligament. A patellar tendon is the actual tendon that connects the kneecap to the shinbone. Ickey ruptured his patellar tendon, not a torn PCL. Hence why the comparison of a torn PCL and ACL is not relevant to Ickey's situation.

  5. It was not just an ACL tear, he dislocated his knee and had damage to other ligaments. There’s no telling whether he will be the same again in terms of health/speed at age 32.
  6. Only because Justin Fields turned down a spot (seriously)
  7. The guys who were ahead of him that got fired all coached at least 3 seasons.
  8. Justin Fields was invited to the Pro Bowl and turned it down. You can’t make this stuff up. https://x.com/RapSheet/status/2018494298040242631
  9. I don’t think that’s CM punk and it wouldn’t make much storyline sense with punk beating Breakker last month to retain the title. My guess is Logan Paul, who on Friday’s show claimed that they should make sure bron wins the match…and just happened to be sweating already when he made his rumble entrance several minutes after the attack.
  10. Even his most ardent supporters on here said that they’d take him if he was willing to stay as a backup or possibly in a bridge role. Most of the banter around this board was about how dumb Fitterer/Rhule were for giving up multiple picks for him and then giving him a 5th year option without even seeing him play a down for us.
  11. It was 5, (4 of them by Allen)…but who’s counting?
  12. That was a thing at one time. Unsurprisingly, it did not attract any more attention, and the league abandoned it. Kinda like NASCAR changing their postseason rules every year, yet no one cares
