kiper doesn't think panthers should take tackle at 28

Go actually read the reviews on Moses and you will find that most talk about how he definitely has what it takes to play LT....most even saying ready from day 1.

There is a whole thread with reviews from many sources that support this.

This tone of the year is the most amusing. It is funny during the year when idiots on here think they know more than an nfl coach or GM. But, it reaches epic levels when those on here think they can evaluate and grade talent...some even giving grades on prospects of what round they should go in.

News flash....there is not one person on this board who even comes close to having that skill.

But but but... Kiper and [insert draft website].com said he doesn't have what it takes. I know I haven't taken a look for myself, but if they said it it MUST be trueI see him as an RT only and he's my 37th top rated player.

I love how Mr. Hair picks Moses for us a week ago and now says he doesn't see the value. And people take this man seriously.

If you want to give a chance for your wrs to score a TD, you need an offensive line and a good one!

A good offensive line will give time to your QB and Wr and they will open highways for your Running game.

Round 1 OT

Round 2 Wr

Round 3 OT

Or please tell me who's going to play LOT and ROT next year?

I don't think the biggest issue will be who we want at 28 unless someone we really covet falls from the top 20 for whatever reason.  I think that we will looking at which of the positions we need offer better potential at 60 or below.  For example if we think we can find an O linemen at 60 who will be at good as anyone there when we pick at 28 then we go in a different direction.  I think the same kind of thinking could apply at WR.  There will be very good picks at 28 at many positions but as you go further down the draft, that won't be the case.  Given the WR may be deeper in this draft than OL, I think we go OL in the first.

Byron Bell will play 1 tackle spot weather people like it or not.

Bill Voth @billvoth 17m

Sounds like what Mel Kiper said yesterday about #Panthers/28/tackles was spot on.

Bill Voth @billvoth 10m

Concerns OT value not worth it at 28. RT @BrianSette: @billvoth spot on as u agree with him or sources tell you the panthers feel that way.

@VagusNC panthers believe OT value at 28 would be reaching

@BrianSette yeah, there's 4 first round LTs. The others are maybe not LTs.

lying season yes, but a lot of media people say believe what you hear 2 weeks before the draft, because it probably got some value to it, but then stop listening again 1 week before the draft.

I am not a Bell hater, but i am still realistic, Bell is a good and cheap backup, but he is not a starter.

And by the way, who's going to be our second OT?

So we have no other option we need 2 OT in this draft, the higher the better.
