WOW. GIANTS WITH 5 PRIMETIMES...

  • Sept. 8 at Detroit
  • Sept 25 at Washington
  • Oct. 12 vs. Philadelphia
  • Nov. 3 vs. Colts
  • Nov. 23 vs Cowboys

hmmmm.  so we both have the MNF opener???

If accurate, the New York Giants at Detroit Lions would be the first Monday Night Football game of the year.

Giants with a prime time game against every one of their division foes, which likely means, every NFC east divisional game will be on primetime at least once:

Dallas vs Washington (given)

Dallas vs Philly (given)

Washington vs Philly (lock considering Jackson is now with the skins).

Hooray for sub .500 football and ignorant fan bases shoved down our throats

I personally wouldn't want a MNF vs Saints to open it up.  I know the company line is the offense will be fine without Cam and his receivers having much time to work on their timing which maybe the case.  I'd still rather an important divisional game not to be the first time we see this new offense on the field in a real game.

The taints 1pm Sunday in Charlotte. Have that loss hanging over the them would be great start to the season.
