He's a great guy and really helped Cam, but Weinke.

-15 straight losses

-Team would rather run wildcat the whole game than play him.

 

Weinke could get the ball to his receivers once in a while. Even had a 400 yard game against Pittsburgh in 2007 (?). Clausen was garbage out of the gate and NEVER improved.

 

Weinke was a decent back up for us for awhile too.

Everette Brown needs a mention here too. Dude was awful. I'm still pissed we gave up a 1st round pick for him.

Wrong. He was a bust but at least had a few good games.

true, but he was a terrible nfl player.  and that has nothing to do with what we gave up for him.  that's not on him.
