Word Documents to PDF, Is There an Easy/Fast Way?

I can do it easy. PM me if u want.

I appreciate that but the documents are't ready at the moment...still waiting for some former professors/supervisors to send me their letter of recommendations and I won't be able to apply to the position until June 2nd. I'll let you know when I get all the documents completed and in total and then I'll send you a PM.

Is there a program I need or is everything I need already on my laptop? I am using a MacBook Pro by the way.

Hmm so once I have all the documents I need just copy and paste them into one massive word document...File>Print>PDF>Save as PDF? or just open the PDF in preview and save it?

Since I have Acrobat, I've found that it's easier to print each Word doc to PDF then put them together in Acrobat.

Formatting in Word is usually a bitch so I just do all of that inside Acrobat.

Alright I appreciate the help. If I can't figure it out once I get all the documents together and ready I'll shoot you a PM if I can remember to do so. Thanks for the help Biscuit.

Alright so I opened an extensive word document that I already had...I went to File, Print, PDF, then save as PDF. From there I was able to open it in Adobe Reader and view it as a PDF and save it from there.

Was it really that simple?

Yes. Do you have Adobe Acrobat or just Reader?

Yep, should be that easy.

I can do a few more things with Acrobat than just reader, but creating them should be simple.

Yeah for now I just need to create a single PDF with the combined word documents. I assume the hiring official just wants one file rather than an individual cover letter, resume, essay question, three letters of recommendation, and multiple college transcripts.
