Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Memphis Grizzlies Playoff Series Thread

Kevin Durant and Westbrook will try to lead their team past the Memphis Grizzlies and their physical bigs Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph. Memphis eliminated OKC last year but that was without Westbrook so I pick OKC in 5, maybe 6.

If Memphis wants to win this series they need to start Tony Allen.

KD will absolutely abuse Tayshaun Prince. The Grizz need to put Lee back on the bench, start Allen and let him guard KD while putting Prince on Sefalosha.

I hate this matchup for Memphis.

Memphis is a good defensive team but mainly in the paint, unfortunately for Memphis; OKC doesn't play that much in the paint.

Now the problem with Tony Allen is that he is too small to guard Durant.

This is why I for one am thankful for MKG. He may not give us a bunch of offense but he's got a great body to matchup with the James's, Durant's, Anthony's, and George's of the league.

I so wish we would have been able to get that deal done for Butler.

Don't get me wrong, I like Gary Neal but Butler is a bigger guy, can shoot just as well, and is a better defender.
