Charlotte Bobcats vs. Miami Heat Playoff Series Thread

Are you retarded? You were arguing that LeBron is the best active player in the league through their respective careers. I would say there are at least 10 active players who have had careers that I'd rather have on my team than LeBron's career. If you're talking about just right now, and right now only, then sure LeBron is better than them, because he's fuging 29 years old and guys like Duncan and KG are 38 and Kobe is 35. LeBron is right in his prime right now and those guys are on the back 9 just finishing up. But even if we were talking just right now I would honestly still want Duncan at 38 years old, Kevin Durant, even Paul George is a better leader than LeBron. LeBron is the most talented player in the league by a long shot, but I believe he couldn't be further from the best overall player that I would want on my team to win and to win only.

Am I retarded because you can't read? All I've ever said was LeBron is the best player in the league right now. That's it. I never said anything about any other players and their entire careers. The whole discussion was about who is the current best player. You took it off in another direction.

He took a below average Cavs team to The Finals. LeBron may not have the attitude you particularly desire but to say he doesn't possess leading and winning qualities is no different than a Taint or Falcon fan citing that Cam is not a winner nor leader.

Ding ding ding.....correct

I was really surprised and disappointed at how many empty seats there were last night.  More than a few luxury suites had zero people in them.  If a company cannot get a single employee or client to attend a Saturday night playoff game against the best player in the world and reigning back-to-back champs then I would like to see them charged an outrageous fee.

May have to scalp a ticket Monday bc there will definitely be plenty available.

19,600+ is pretty remarkable a number for the Bobcats. The luxury suites don't impact the game as far as crowd noise goes because most of the people are arrogant pricks anyway. If we can averaged 19,600 next year, it will put us in the top 8 in the NBA in attendance.

While I'm frustrated just as much as everyone else I do actually see a silver lining. We are learning what it will take to make the next step. We probably would have hung with any other team in the East or beat them. Going up against the Heat has exposed what we need to work on in the summer to take the next step and areas that need to be addressed. It's just a part of progression of development. We made big strides this year and have to take the licks to make big strides again next year.

To be great you have to be able to beat elite teams. At least we have an idea of what it's going to take to do that now.

Nice and level-headed view. You get it.
