Charlotte Bobcats vs. Miami Heat Playoff Series Thread

I've always thought that was the single dumbest rule in the game.

This poo has to change. It's so stupid. They jump forward into the defender and it's a foul. I mean, the defender needs to not leave their feet, but when it's obvious the shooter if intentionally jumping into them to pick up the foul it's so stupid

I think this series really exposes how limited Kemba really is.

He is below avg on the pick and roll...as a deep shooter...distributer/playmaker.

He is great as an isolation guy to get his own shot and male passes on overcommits.

Having Gerald and MKG pissing their pants with the ball in their hands does not open it up for Kemba either so it is a collective effort.

Gerald is beyond exposed....we are two stars away with a healthy Al Jefferson...to be contenders that is.

Come on man. That's like saying Cam is far superior than Brees right now. I love Cammy Cam but we all know that's fandom talk/hate. LBJ is regarded as the best across the NBA and (reluctantly) by other fanbases because of the stats he puts up. He freakin' took a Cavs team with subpar talent to The Finals. Not even MJ carried The Bulls in that regard.

The guy is the two time reining MVP. finals MVP, and Finals Champion, and you guys think you can make a case to not choose him first on your team. I can't stand the guy but it's moronic to think someone can do what he does and has done until someone actually does it and beats him.

And to say you can name 10 guys takes the "stupid cake" because there aren't even close to 10

Sorry but LeBron hasn't won or done sh*t without Bosh and Wade and just about the greatest depth in the league with Chalmers, Miller (not now but before), Battier, Allen, Haslem, Cole. I would much rather have a guy like Tim Duncan or even Kevin Garnett in his prime than LeBron. This is absolutely nothing like your "Cam/Brees" example. This is strictly the basketball player in me and has nothing to do with fandom. I absolutely do take LeBron's attitude into play compared to others, because LeBron is a horrible leader. Whenever he's losing or not playing well and every time a call goes against him he whines and cries and doesn't get back on D quickly. He needed all those pieces around him to succeed because with them they win at will and he doesn't have to lead the team. I would 1000% rather have Duncan, Kobe, KG, Durant, etc. over LeBron any single day of the week.

You're delusional. Period.

Big Al was going nuts in the first quarter and then got shutdown....because LBJ guarded him.

Let's see....LBJ beat Duncan, Kobe can't stay on the court, do we really even need to compare KG? We aren't talking "at their prime". We are talking who is the best in the game at this very moment. KD is the ONLY player in the conversation. There aren't 10 better players . That's ridiculous.

I actually do agree with wanting other players over LeBron in their primes. But I still think if you're only talking about right now, the only player worth taking over LeBron is Durant.
