Charlotte Bobcats vs. Miami Heat Playoff Series Thread

I was really impressed with MKG tonight.  If he ever gets a jump shot he'll be one of the best players in the league.  I know, that's a big if because that thing is ugly.  But he's so smooth.  We are really close.  Kemba, MKG, Big Al can be elite but as you saw with the Heat you need more than some elite players.  Our depth is really bad.  That second unit it hard to watch.

I still have a lot of hope for  Zeller especially if he can bulk up some.  And Clifford really knows how to use the pieces he has.  I was amazed how they kept coming back tonight with just really solid team basketball.

Oh yea, that block MKG had on Wade was a thing of beauty.  Marc James is so full of crap when he says MKG isn't an elite defender.  You know you're a huge Charlotte sports fan when you willing to subject yourself to what passes for sports radio on the drive home from work.

Really proud of how the team kept fighting and can't wait to see the series in Charlotte.

I'm really proud of the team too.

I think if we bring Sessions back and go after another post scorer (Gortat maybe?) we'll be set.

I just finished watching on DVR delay, and as you all have already, I need to vent.

Our bench is playing like total utter poo. Gary Neal the "shooting" specialist couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat. Cody Zeller looks like he's never played organized ball. All the clamoring for him to play over Josh all season is over and done with. Right now, experience matters, and he can't even stay on his fugging feet. It's pathetic watching him out there.

CDR is in over his head, can't defend their wings. Luke sucks, AT is one dimensional and streaky as hell. Biz didn't even play tonight with Al on just one good foot.

With a poo bench, our starters can't rest, so they are gassed when it matters in crunch time. Clifford obviously realized this as he stuck with starters most of the second half. As soon as we made that progress and closed the gap he subbed in Neal and CDR and we immediately poo the bed.

I'm beyond frustrated watching the Heat players act entitled throughout the game, it's as if they've never committed a foul when some of their muggings could be charged as a felony.

I hope Lebron shreds every ligament in his knee on the center court of TWC arena, and every Bobcat lines up to piss in his mouth. And fug you Bosh, you toothpick cock sucker, I hope you get syphillis if you don't already have it. Birdman will give it to you.

I'd like to say I feel better after that, but I don't. MKG exceeded his potential tonight and god damned Al Jefferson gave all he had with a torn plantar fascia. Everybody else can stand around jerking off or bust their ass and contribute. If Neal doesn't start dropping shots at home, he can go eat a bag of dicks.

I love this team!

Really? The LeBron thing is too far dude. Too far. shouldnt Wish That Upon Anyone.

We are really wishing for one of the best players of all time to suffer a career threatening injury and get urinated on in front of millions of people just because he is pooing on us... is it that big a deal? What is the world coming to??

Lebron will go down as one of the top 3 players of all time.

I want him to play.  If we're gonna beat the Heat, I'd rather them have the greatest active player in the world on their team.

Sure he's been passing a lot, but thats what the dude does.  When the game got close last night, who started the run to pull the Heat away? Lebron.

Even if you're "joking" about Lebron tearing ligaments and poo, thats such bad karma in general.  Our best player suffered an injury that limits him, yet we're still battling and keeping games close.  To wish an injury on someone is just asinine and immature, no matter how big of fan you are.

That being said, I never thought I'd be thinking that MKG is as crucial as Big Al.

I noticed, especially in G1, that when MKG was off the court, the defense suffered, there was a lack of energy and the team just didn't play as tough.  MKG does so much that doesn't show up in the stat book that a casual fan won't see.  But when he combines that with putting up 22 points and 10 rebounds...lets just say he looked like a number 2 overall pick last night.

Super pumped for Saturday though
