Also you should be getting push notifications for subscribed posts now.

Thanks Jase.  The pie notifications show up too (though not push).  So you should be able to check all your likes and jump to them. 

 

To do this, Touch the menu button on the upper left and the menu slides out.  Here you can select "Notifications" to get the list of notificaitons.

 

To just browse all the forums (which is the default), you select "Browse".

 

edit: and just a pro user note, you can slide topics and forums to the left to get an in-place menu for subscribing or marking as read.

The app was updated today.  You should all start to see the update available in the coming days.  It is a small maintenance release with a few fixes and one new feature:  When you touch a post you now have two new options, multi-quote it or report it.
