So the are pussies for "tanking" in order to avoid the Bulls in round two, but you all are fine with this thread about doing all we can to avoid the Heat in round one? That's funny stuff.

 

People talk about avoiding the Heat by winning games to get out of the 7th seed....not tanking. Come on man....I swear you're one of the people on here that just looks to talk poo on people.

Injury factor... much more of a chance that a player will get injured playing football than basketball.

And for the record, I don't think NFL teams should sit their players either... especially with fans paying to come see then play.

 

 

Like I said....I agree with you. But I don't think it's fair to say there's much more of a chance to get hurt in the NFL than NBA. Injuries are pretty common in both.

I would not doubt the business side of the franchise wanting us to play the heat. 

 

Secondary ticket market is gonna be 3 times as much as it would be for the raptors if not more. 

 

Fuller arena = more sales. 

 

Anyways this is a horrible effort vs the hawks. Right now we would not be able to win a series vs them if we could play them in the playoffs.

Playoff games will sell out regardless of who we play. Against Toronto the place would be packed with bobcat fans. Against the Heat Charlotte will be painted red with bandwagon fans.
