Kevin Weidl from ESPN on Morgan Moses

My so-so logic for why I would accept Bitonio:

We've drafted "Top Performing" athletes from the Combine since the Cam era in the 1st round

2011: Cam

2012: Luke

2013: N/A but Star had an excellent Pro Day

And Bitonio had an excellent Combine. Still want Taylor Lewan somehow though

Have to disagree. There are a lot of OT prospects, but few that project as LT's and that's our biggest single need.

We could easily take Moses in the first and double dip at WR in the 2-4 rounds and make a significant impact on the offense.

I don't see Moses as a LT tbh, which is why I wouldn't take him over guys I see as difference makers at WR. Difference of opinion for sure, but from what I've seen he's not a quality LT in the NFL.

bitonio is legit. would not surprise me if moses was drafted before 28, hes a 20-45 player, all it takes is one team to want him. bitnoio has badass in his blood, plus hes a true athlete. no issue with either at 28, all teams need above average tackles.

Sounds smart if you ask me. Long Arms, good feet, not much power in run blocking, but Gross was not a beast in that area either.

Do you pass on Cooks or Beckham or Lee to take Moses?

Here is another question--If Moses moves up boards, do you take Zack Martin over the guys mentioned above?

If they believe Moses is a legit immediate starting LT, you absolutely take him over Cooks, Beckham, or Lee.

You can still get a stud WR in the 2nd. LT are the second most imp position and extremely hard to get in FA.

been said moses was underrated on here for some reason...lol

the guy stoned wall speed rushers...what else do you need to see that he has potential to be a future LT.

Bull rush, spin move, ability to set the edge, ability to move the DE, leverage, agility, light feet.

More to consider than just his performance against speed rushers. I like him, but it's not that simple.

what do you think his weakness is then?

Moses looks as if he just holds the fort rather impose his will on linemen. Seems like he will be okay in the league rather than a top OL, call me crazy but i see guys with lower ratings in the draft with higher ceilings like JaWuan James and Billy Turner.

I do not quite get the way the grade OTs other than the elite 3. Some are even projected to be guards but they were tackles in college .

Yeah I guess if a tackle is too small they say to move him to guard? Idk. It's really tuff to judge the talent on these guys bc you would have to watch hours and hours of film on them.
