Kevin Weidl from ESPN on Morgan Moses

As long as the team feels Moses can be a very good LT I'm on board with him at 28. If he's strictly a RT then I think we should pass if one of the top 5 WRs is still available.

I also wouldn't be opposed to taking Moses at 28 and seeing if we can trade up from 60 to 29 or 30 if one of those top WRs are still available. Maybe give up our 2nd and 3rd round picks (or 60 and next year's second rounder - under no circumstances should you trade next year's #1) to grab a player like Lee or OBJ if they are still available late in the first round.

Walking away with Lee and Moses would be huge. Then grab your second WR and OT a bit later in the draft (maybe Hurst and Coleman?).

Honestly I love those players that come from good schools.  (Virginia, Stanford)  Those schools are less inclined to give grades away and their student athletes are quite smart.

You got a big boy as big as he is. who is quick on his feet and smart.  Even if he isn't as quick or athletic as some.  Smarts can play a big part.

I would take Morgan Moses over Cyrus Kouandjilo any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Intelligent is important.  I would love to see Moses in the first, WR in the second, and Hurst in the third.  Defense the rest of the draft

Sounds smart if you ask me.  Long Arms, good feet, not much power in run blocking, but Gross was not a beast in that area either.

Do you pass on Cooks or Beckham or Lee to take Moses?

Here is another question--If Moses moves up boards, do you take Zack Martin over the guys mentioned above?

No...not hardly. Those three are difference makers at WR. The Draft is pretty damn deep at OT too.

Well it doesn't surprise me the nfl his are way off then. I'll have to watch some film on him to form my own opinion.

I do not quite get the way the grade OTs other than the elite 3. Some are even projected to be guards but they were tackles in college .

Have to disagree. There are a lot of OT prospects, but few that project as LT's and that's our biggest single need.

We could easily take Moses in the first and double dip at WR in the 2-4 rounds and make a significant impact on the offense.

I can see both sides.  We have not been without a quality LT for some time, so we are less sensitive about LTs than some may be.  But you are right, these players will be stars.  Tough choice, but a good one to have.

Naw. How many dudes that small are legit number 1's? Not many. Especially considering not only is he a midget, he is also skinny. He seems like a really nice slot WR.

Out of the top 20 WR's only 3 were under 6ft.

He's about the same weight as Smitty when he was drafted, and an inch taller.

He's also got about 10 pounds on DeSean Jackson, someone whom the vast majority would call a "#1 receiver".

There are others whom I do believe can indeed be number ones, but Cooks to me was the most glaring omission.

Moses is a very good tackle, film proves that. I still think he should be drafted between 42-45, but he is being seriously underrated here.

Vic Beasley who I believe was second in the ACC in sacks this year was absolutely shut down by Moses. Beasley had 0 tackles for a loss, 0 sacks, 0 QB hurries, and only one tackle.

Played a good game against the guy from Georgia tech too(don't know how to spell his name)

Ive been watching film on Moses and Kouandjio for a few hours and Moses is a lot more impressive. Moses doesn't have the WOW blocks Cyrus has every now and then, but he is a lot more consistent. I wouldn't mind Moses in the 1st but that would mean we would need to take a wr in round 2 and 3 imo
