Trade Up For MIKE EVANS?

No way Gman will draft two WRs in the 1st three rounds after what he've done in the offseason. Be smart. This isnt your typical fantasy mock draft where land both a Brandin Cooks and Jordan Matthews.

I didn't say he would or he should. I just said multiple WR picks. Good WR's will be had down to 5th or 6th maybe even 7th rd.That kind of depth doesn't come around too often and with other needs we could address and still get what we need at WR.

Again i don't see the G-man timetable as urgent as yours or even mine.

I would almost guarantee he will be getting a WR in the first 3 rounds maybe not 2 in the first 3 but certainly there are some later round guys like they (say 4th or 5th).

I bet we get 2 OL and 2 WR as 4 of the 7 picks.

Lets not kid ourselves. Byron Bell and Chandler are locks along with Kalil and Amini.

No way do I see Gman drafting two OLs high especially as rookies to start. Kug and Scott will have the chance to compete for a starting job. We could possibly get a Mewhort or Bitonio in the 3rd.

Yes, exactly! That 20+ yards make the most sense!

Right now we have no one who cant stretch the field! Thats why we signed Cotchery and Avant who are good no3 slot WRs.

If we had a LT, I would say YES in a heartbeat and I actually wouldn't be mad if we did make the trade, I just have no earthly idea what we would do with our LT position.

Right, bc it only takes a late 1st and 3rd to move up that far.

Movig up from 28 to 8 would take the 28 and a 21. Or a 28 and 2 mid 2nd round picks. There is a chart that gives a rough idea. A third wouldnt get us anywhere near the 8th pick.

I cant see anyone after Robinson, Matthews, and Lewan being our LT this upcoming season. Like Martin but not sure Gman will trade up for him and he wont def be there at 28.

Right now, my bet is that Bell is the LT. If we could get a Turner, Mewhort, Bitonio, or JuWuan James as RT I would be greatly appreciated.

It would be atleast: 2014 1st, 2014 2nd, 2014/2015 mid round, and 2015 1st. Nothing less, but I would def do it. We have a team that can win now!

Normally I am 100% against moving up in the draft, plus it has bit us before.

But with us being in such cap hell, we could probably save a couple bucks by trading away some picks to move up.  This might be the year to do it.

As long as we aren't giving up so much we mortgage our future.  I wouldn't do an Atlanta for what's his face trade for instance.

You don't save a couple of bucks by trading away draft picks. Draft picks are huge money savers. Even more now since the new draft class gets screwed. Look at it this way we get Cam and Luke making peanuts relative to their value to the team. The seahawks are great too because they have Wilson and Sherman on rookie contracts so they can stack the rest of the team. We could be in the exact same situation as the seahawks since we hit on rookie superstars like cam luke and star but sadly we also hit the cap wall that marty put us in.

Draft picks are more important than ever.
