You guys truly are amazing. Last month there were 57 threads titled "FUG YOU GETTLEMAN!!" Now, he's nothing but praised for being patient and finding cheap guys late, after not over spending a few weeks ago.

My god, what I would do to be so emotionally unstable and allow myself to get caught up in the moment like each and every one of you. Sounds like I'm making fun, but trust me I'm not. I'm actually insanely jealous. I miss those days and wish I could get even half as worked up about both highs and lows as all of you. I seriously envy you all :(

Thing is, he had a great seasons when we had no pass rush in 2011/2012. Last year we had little to no pass rush again and he played like utter garbage. He fell off, simple as that.

Can't cut Godfrey until he is medically cleared w/o injury settlement. Would expect to bring him to TC and see how achilles responds before restructure or cut.

Right. We should get a good look at him at OTA's April 21st.

We cut down and passed on some garbage safeties we had so we have much better chances this year.

I think it takes a pretty sizable pay cut for that to happen.

 

That kind of cut generally happens only via a cut and re-sign.
