Baltimore fans are disappointed in Dickson, as they should be. He showed glimpses of what he could be a few years ago and then fell off.

A one year prove me contract though might do him wonders here.

That's the thing people are not understanding. We are signing these guys cheap. Low risk, high reward, filling needs at the same time.
