Isn't he? Look at the way he does his post game interviews. What's up with the formal wear Cam? Trying to hide your Glock? Clearly you're hiding something.

I think regardless of whether or not an assault occurred, this report sheds light on Kaepernick's lack of personal accountability and integrity.

Here is this woman you have slept with before, and she wakes up in a hospital not knowing what happened to her. So why didn't she just call Kaepernick right away and say hey Colin what the hell happened last night? You would think if she trusted him it would have been a simple conversation the next day like damn girl you got drunk as fug so we took you to the hospital. Maybe Kaepernick didn't answer or was dogging her and avoiding her calls? Who knows? You would think one of the three who most likely took her to the hospital would have stayed there with her or at least explained to hospital staff what happened and left contact information so it didn't look so shady.

Seems like she was just dumped there and nobody wanted their name associated with it, and that's why it's gotten to the point it is at now.

He has a sexual relationship with this woman and obviously doesn't give a fug about her. Can you imagine how scary that must have been for her to wake up in a hospital?

It shows what kind of man he is. Ok I get fugin around and what not but Jesus use some common courtesy, be there with her when she wakes up at the very least

The sad thing is you never know the truth behind stories like this today.  Claiming rape has become the universal excuse a woman gives when she does something she regrets the next day and/or is trying to get a large settlement because the athlete, even if innocent, doesn't want to put up a media fight that could effect their image forever.  A shame such a horrible crime is being exploited by the sex that it's usually committed against.

I really don't like Kaepernick, but there is absolutely nothing that suggests he sexually assaulted her in the story. he's not even be investigated for it at the moment. This is a non story and you guys are acting like high schoolers.

Yea very true, but it's such a serious crime that it should always be taken as such. You can't half ass your investigation because the woman might be trying to get a big check. You look at some of the special treatment "celebrities" get in our country and it could just as easily be a situation where a celebrity thinks he can get away with a crime like this because of "who" they are.

I don't claim to know if Kap did anything illegal or not, but going by the report, he's at least guilty of being a colossal ass hole.

The story is that it's been confirmed that Kap is a douchebag. That's now a proven fact by his actions in this situation. Now rather or not that douchebag label gets upgraded(or downgraded?) to rapist remains to be seen. But it's absolutely a story. This man has been treated like a saint by the media, now the world knows his true colors.

this is what struck me about it.  why the fug did she wake up in a hospital...alone?  someone should have stayed to make sure she was ok, or at least come as soon as she woke up.  dumping her off at a hospital and gtfo is classless douchebaggery of the highest order.  if nothing else, this proves that Kaep is a total dick.

Three things from this article I couldn't help notice. One: Pro-football Talk is now looking to TMZ for football news. Two: This would have been a non-issue if it had happened during football season; which says how desperate those in the sports media get during the off season. And three: That happened in FL? Say it's not so.
