If TMZ and the rest of the mentally challenged on the Huddle could actually READ the report and stop JUMPING to baseless conclusions, the world would be a much better place.

It is the POLICY of hospitals in South FL, in an abundance of caution, to report ANY potential wrong doing to the cops. The young lady could not verify how she ended up at the hospital SO the hospital, per POLICY was REQUIRED to contact the police for an investigation.

This lady never accuses ANYBODY of ANYTHING. She is simply STATING the facts as she knows them to be.

Colin is not even accused of rape/sexual assault much less charged with one.

The actual report provides some interesting context, but other than the drug use there's no clear evidence of a crime.

What we don't have are the medical reports, which would provide more context. Did she have something in her system besides pot and alcohol? Is there evidence of sexual contact?

If the police press charges, there's likely some physical evidence backing it up.

Also we'll see what happens when Colin and the rest explain how she ended up at the hospital.

At best Colin exercised very poor judgement. At worst he took advantage of a young woman in an altered state, and should face the consequences.

But his character has been revealed. He's a hedonistic, womanizing, drug-using thug. His lifestyle speaks for itself. Who he associates with reveals plenty about him.

Of course there's nothing wrong with this or fighting dogs or racial slurs or steroids or murder. Not in the NFL and not in the virtues of 99% of huddlers.

She was naked and unconscious on a bed with Krapernick and the 2 guys in another room, and her and Krapernick had sex before. Then she wakes up in a hospital not knowing anything. I'd say there's a huge chance that she was raped by atleast one of them, most likely Krapernick. It's being investigated to see if a rape did occur and if it did, Krap's in big trouble. She didn't accuse anyone of anything, because she has no clue what happened.

I think regardless of whether or not an assault occurred, this report sheds light on Kaepernick's lack of personal accountability and integrity.

Here is this woman you have slept with before, and she wakes up in a hospital not knowing what happened to her. So why didn't she just call Kaepernick right away and say hey Colin what the hell happened last night? You would think if she trusted him it would have been a simple conversation the next day like damn girl you got drunk as fug so we took you to the hospital. Maybe Kaepernick didn't answer or was dogging her and avoiding her calls? Who knows? You would think one of the three who most likely took her to the hospital would have stayed there with her or at least explained to hospital staff what happened and left contact information so it didn't look so shady.

Seems like she was just dumped there and nobody wanted their name associated with it, and that's why it's gotten to the point it is at now.

I don't know what report you're talking about, but what I wrote came straight from the article that I read outlining facts of the case.
