D-Will in shock over loss of receiving corp

I don't think that's being argued anymore. Now the discussion has evolved to a bunch of idiots making the same point that it's someone else's fault (oline, Shula, the camera guy) deangelo can't produce with no evidence or explanation because deangelo's big face makes them smile or something, and hoping that saying it 1000 times makes it true.

Hmm...no that's not it.

I haven't read much of this (currently) 26 page thread, but while Williams is free to express his opinion, he should have enough sense to know that the receivers he misses so much are now playing for the enemy, while his new teammates probably don't appreciate his 'I miss my buddies' attitude. He's been a pro long enough to know how things work. Just make nice with your new receiver corps and bitch alone at home (while you count your money).

If I remember correctly TD and Luke said something also about all these guys getting cut too.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using CarolinaHuddle mobile app

iirc a lot of players weren't very happy when hurney got replaced, and here we are, one winning season and a better gm later

Premature as even Hurney had one winning season. We should have another winning season but until then they are pretty much tied.

This is why I keep preaching maximize your investment, you guys will learn one day. When you don't you start blaming the player and attacking his contract, without realizing he doesn't have the tools to be successful.

One could argue our line is just as good as Seattle. LT and Center with Gross and Kalil has been just as good as their LT and C. RT I would say they have had the better player but we have brought in Harstock to help double trouble. Harstock has been one of the best blocking tight ends in the NFL. They have drafted Amini also. Come on what else do you want.

if we can suggest bigger WR's because Cam throws high then we can suggest better OL to compensate for poor playcalling.

Whose doing that?

I'd rather Cam fix his mechanics and stop throwing off his back foot a bit more(that's what leads to the high throws) than simply draft WRs who are taller just because they are tall. Most people say that tongue in cheek btw...

Well since Lynch was brought in by him lets use Seattle again.

Seattle's OL was ranked 20th in the first quarter of the season and 27th in the second quarter of the season.

Carolina's OL was ranked 27th in the first quarter of the season and 7th in the second quarter of the season.

So yea it cracks us grown ups up when we hear the chitlins say "I don't know what you were watching" when in reality it's the chitlins who are seeing what they want to see.

Uh let me make it more clear so the oft confused aren't in this case. Our OL was better than Seattle's and wasn't all that terrible in general last year.

But I'm sure AceBoogie aka fact disregarder will find a way for these numbers to lie since they don't fit his argument here.

Imma go ahead and post the link again so it sinks in real good:

that's for last year, what about the years before.............and you can clearly see the different in performance the second half of the season compared to the first.

another fun fact since we keep insisting on comparing lynch to dwill, in end game situations lynch doesn't get the ball turbin did.while d will got the end game carries for us...........you know those 1yd,2yd,2yd punts at the end of a blow out game when were trying to run the clock....................

and see if PFF has the number of times d will got hit in the backfield as well, the fact is you don't have to be a dwill fanboy to see this bs some of you pull year in and out, stewart sits on the fuggin bike the last 3 years and doesn't get near as much flack as d will does

edit: also it helps when a team has a good receiving core, i didn't see to many teams stacking the box vs sea, teams dared us to throw the ball

Of course its from last year WTF else year would it be from when people were saying the OL sucked LAST YEAR....

Try not to choke on your herps bro

Why don't YOU pull up something with the # of times each has been hit in the backfield as you have contributed nothing thus far.

why are you quoting me for what someone else said..........when i clearly said last couple of years..........read before you comment. i have not contribute because time after time i've had said comparing the two is not possible, give d will lynch carries and the yardage will be almost the same if not more..........
