Draft Day Movie

Well, no actually, quite the opposite. And that movie was not what the draft is all about by any stretch of the imagination lol. I just couldn't get past the fabrication, over-acting, and cheesiness. I watched the whole thing because I wanted to see what happened but once again, pure fairy-tale stuff. 

 

But, I suppose that it needed to made a certain way for entertainment value. I just wish it had more of a 'money-ball' feel to it. 

 

 

What the fug Dude, it was a movie. If you want to watch something that really happened, then look at some replays of previous Super Bowls. What it take to satisfy some people is beyond me. :)

I never watch movies. I had no agenda going into to this but I thought it was lame. I'd rather watch real footage of the war room. I found it to be boring and anticlimactic. I find more interesting things here. Just my opinion.

The previews looked absolutely terrible. It's like some fluff piece the NFL put together to promote their brand. It's like the NFL's version of Space Jam or Blue Clips. They were probably like, "just throw some crap together with NFL players and NFL teams, and enough NFL fans will spend money to watch it". I just don't see the GM experience intriguing most fans.

Im sure it's a fine movie. I'll prolly end up enjoying it on the movie channel. But it won't get me into the theater. ...better movies for thst experience.

I just saw it and thought it was great. The chemistry between costner and gardener wasnt that convincing but besides that it was awesome. Makes me amped for the real deal in May.

Definitely looks like a Red Box rental for me.
