Irvin is one passionate sumbitch

I hated him as a player. I watched a documentary on him before the HOF induction ceremony, and it made it easier to understand him.  I love his fire.  He has that smile that makes you want to like him.  While it is easy for me to hate Deon Sanders (arrogant dick), I can't NOT like this guy now, to use a double negative.

Landry is a stud! TJ Jones looks good too.

 

I watched some ND games late in the season and I expected TJ to be much more highly regarded in terms of draft stock.  What is the deal?  Another WR who is about a 7th rounder (and I do not get it) is Hoffman from BYU.

Big day for Landry tomorrow. If he can run a 4.6, he can jump to the bottom of Round 1 or the top of Round 2. 

 

I think he will, but a lot depends on how the hamstring injury inhibited conditioning and preparation.

 

I read some crackhead's blog recently (cannot remember the name) but he made this statement:

 

The reason players do better at their pro days than at the combine?  They drug test at the combine.

 

I am actually pretty pissed that Goodell postponed the draft because Radio City Music Hall is booked.  Now we have 2 more weeks of this crap.
