Haas in the lead so far... the leader from day 1 hasn't won the Masters since 1981.

Hoping Spieth has his first Masters nerves out of the way and can come out playing well this afternoon. Beautiful day on a beautiful course. This one could go down to the wire between 3 or 4 golfers.

Yep. The course is playing in a very "give-and-take" way. It's been interesting to watch.

I really like the tourney and the course is gorgeous, but the whole Augusta thing is just becoming a little over the top for me.

 

The guys running this thing think they're way more important than they really are. And my wife has been running private country clubs for over 25 years now...

You're in Wilmington... ever play Porter's Neck, Landfall or Cape Fear? I want to try Cape Fear this summer.

Drive down to Shallotte and play Lockwood Folly or Rivers Edge... like them both.

Yes, yes and no.

Have played Lockwood and Rivers Edge. Lockwood is OK, Rivers Edge is hard as fug.

Porters Neck is fabulous. Landfall is excellent as well (only played the Dye course). Idk anyone to get on Cape Fear.

Playing Carolina National this Sunday morning.

Masonboro here in town is very nice.

Cape Fear Natl in Leland is probably the nicest public course in the area now.
