I'm more worried that they see this signing jag WR as a better plan then drafting them in the best WR draft in decades.

Don't think that is the plan.  But drafting wide receivers so you can go BPA is the plan.  This allows us to draft a guy when he is BPA not because we have no one to fill the slots.and feel compelled to do it regardless.
