if they were in a division at that point that wasn't total crap, they wouldn't have even been in the playoffs at all and that next game against the pats let the world know that the broncos with The Golden Calf of Bristol shouldn't have been in the playoffs. they were 8-8 with a cake schedule. not impressed by anyone mentioning them being. playoff team that year. steelers win was nothing but luck.

I like when people like to forget present details so that in the future when they think everyone has forgotten everything, they can say what they want about the past without adding context and details to it so that their statement can fit into their agenda. They can say things like Fox is a good coach. Their statements sound good at first when you don't think about them.

But when you do facts start to come in like

1) 3 winning seasons when coaching a team for a decade

2) Hall of Fame QB landing in his lap

3) Documented that Elway calls the shots

Fox isn't more than a puppet coach like Wade Phillips was when coaching the Cowboys.
