Wait, I thought they were in much more cap hell than we were? So they've actually somehow managed to sign Byrd, and Bailey... filling weaknesses. I wouldn't care, but we share a lot of the same weaknesses, and they pick in front of us this year. I just hope they don't troll us round after round.

Graham's money is already included in current cap. When they do finalize his long term deal, the cap hit will be even less, so that will actually free up more cap money, about $3M by many estimates.

Champ was on Underwoood the year before when Bucs played Denver and Underwood was shutout with no catches against Champ. Of course, if Underwood is your best WR, he's going to get covered by Lewis.
