What does the Ramsdell hiring say about Shula's future?

I see it as adding another teacher. Not just for the players.

This is something that can help Shula immensely.

Of.course, having a healthy offensive line will help immensely also.

what i saw was Cam bringing it all together. maybe i'm just fuging crazy though right?

 

and maybe some people don't realize that this is a team sport. Cam's crazy rookie year? also featured a poo ton of turnovers. 2nd year? a poo load of turnovers.

 

Cam was elite last year and i don't care about the numbers. i watched the games. the dude made it happen. and he believed in Shula. why would he do that?

 

Shula got Cam to play within the team. Within the talent of the team. And 12-4 is what happened. I like the Ramsdell hiring because complacency is never a good thing. 2 minds are better than 1.

 

I don't get why people are advocating for a one man show. We have a better chance of winning if we allow all the 11 offensive players chances to make plays

He brought Tampa an offense ranked in the low 20s, and it's "Well... that was a long time ago, he's learned since then." So he then brings us an offense ranked in the low 20s, and it's still "Well..."

 

The excuses will never stop, but eventually he'll be fired and excuses won't matter anymore.

shula didn't exactly come here with a stellar resume, either. in fact it was down right horrible as far as a track record is concerned. so far he hasn't done much to change that.

just looking at the two guys, ramsdell looked to me like the better candidate more because he hadn't failed at being a playcaller.

He took us to 12-4. Yea he sure does suck. Prob should fire Proehl too because those WRs kept dropping ball last year.
