I know little about him, but "best redzone threat in the draft"...sign me up.

Cotchery was great in the red zone last year, add this kid and another WR to go with what we already have (Tolber/Cam/Olsen) and maybe we'll see some redzone struggles go away if Shula doesn't Shula.

if you get the chance, go watch Derek Carr cut ups, and you will see at least 1 TD in the red zone from Adams. ran slants, fades, post corners, and tunnel screens but ended up in the end zone.

This is my concern with Adams...who he had throwing to him, along with the type of offense they ran. Guys like Cooks, Latimer, Moncrief, etc had some pretty crappy QBs as their signal caller. Not to take anything from Adams, because he has a lot to like, but I'm not as high as some on him. Derek Carr and the spread offense can inflate numbers and production,

numerous times tho Carr put the ball up for grabs,on 50/50 throws and Adams bailed him out. that system is pass happy, but Adams reminds me of  Crabtree coming out of Texas Tech a lot. he high points the ball like Jeffery, but playing style is more like Crabtree

Think about it this way: that's why Proehl's there.

Beyond the system and Carr..if Adams seems to have a great football aptitude and knows the route tree, he has all the tools in the world to be a big force in the league.

If you think Cooks had a crappy QB I don't know what to say. Mannion is one of the better QB's in the country, and will be flirting with a first round grade in the Draft next year....

I like the Crabtree reference and speaks well to Adams' abilities. I'm glad Proehl is there to delve deeper bc there is some playmaking flash with Adams for sure.

Latimer's QB is no slouch either. One of the best in the Big Ten. High powered offense. They just didn't have a defense.

Yes Sudfeld is pretty good himself. The reason I didn't include him is because IU uses Tre Robinson so much too, and I fully expect him to play an even bigger role this year. Mannion is THE guy for Oregon State, and he's one of the best in the nation at the position.
