I honestly don't see a 5'9" 207# 4.7 RB going in the 2nd round.  But who knows, maybe he's the next Emmitt Smith.

At only 174 pounds with limited return experience, I can't see him going until the final rounds. 

 

Oops, I was only looking at punt returns, looks like he has quite a bit of kickoff return experience, but with the kickoffs being moved up, punt returners are a lot more valuable than kickoff returners.

Exactly.  Except Barner is 20# heavier and put up over 2000 all-purpose yards in a major BCS conference in his final year in college.  Barner was a much better overall prospect and still lasted until the 6th round.
