If we double dip at Wr what would be your favorite combo?

WOW!!

Not saying it will happened but if we did this in the draft.

What would be your favorite combo realistically speaking?

Meaning try to use players we can get using realistic round projection.

I have 3 scenario I like.

1. 1ST round Cook - 3rd round Colemen

2. 1st round Kelvin Benjamin - 4th round Bruce Ellington

3. 1st round OBJ - 4th OR 5th Devin Street

that would depend on if Gettleman's kid decided to post on your name or a parent decided to step up....  tough decisions....

If we came out with Brandin Cooks (1st) and Jordan Matthews (2nd). Then that would be a great first two rounds, but I'm not convinced that both will fall to us.

I'd like to see us double up either with a first round and a second or third, or a second and third round receiver. So if Cooks and Matthews are off the board, I'd go for:

Odell Beckham Jr (1st) and Davante Adams/Martavis Bryant (2nd), tackle in third.

Odell Beckham Jr (1st) and Donte Moncrief/Jarvis Landry (3rd), tackle in second.

Davante Adams/Martavis Bryant (2nd) and Donte Moncrief/Jarvis Landry (3rd), tackle in first.

no way in hell we are doubling dipping WR in the first two rounds.

Could we not have said the same last year when Gettleman went DT in the first two rounds?

Look how they went. The addition of Star and Short help solidify the D-Line. So if two stud receivers are there in the first and second round, and the best tackles are off the board, then it wouldn't surprise me to see Gettleman go receiver in the first two rounds.

I know people here don't seem to like him but I honestly wouldn't mind Paul Richardson in the 2nd after Benjamin in the first.  Possession and speed guy.  And it's a very realistic combo I bet they are both available at our spots.

I like Richardson a lot. My only concern with him is his durability but I think he would be a great deep threat for us. I could live with a LT in the first, Richardson in the 2nd, Best CB available in the 3rd and Latimere in the 4th. That sounds pretty dam good to me.

Not too concerned about the actual players selected as much as the combination of them... don't want the same type to be selected; need a big/tall target in the redzone while having the game-changer/shifty-open-space type... something that could/would resemble Moose and Smitty (obviously wouldn't be that way right off the bat, but using those two as a template).

Depends on how much you rate guys like Moses and Thomas but double dipping in the first two rounds at WR could very well yield BPA's.

We've passed on two guys that were rated 1st rounders in Jeffery and Allen the last two years. Its time to add some talent.

I wonder how badly Ricky was banging the table for Allen last year before Getts overruled.

So many legitimate holes it would be hard to be mad if they addressed OT, WR or CB. I think id lose it if we drafted another DE. We've got guys behind Hardy worth developing.

If Aaron Donald fell to 28, that would be funny.

#1 (trade Greg Hardy to Raiders for their #1 pick) - Sammy Watkins

#1 (trade 2015's 1st round) - Brandin Cooks

#1 @ 28 - Kelvin Benjamin

Championship.

Nice dream but it would kill us fiscally in the future. You'd assume you'd want your first rounders to pan out and if they all excelled we could never resign all 3.

You'd have a 4 year window there.
