The thing we can all learn from this is that our beat writers are not very good at their job. It's pretty obvious if you follow any other teams' writers (Aaron Wilson, Mary Kay Cabot, John McClain, etc) just how little our writers scoop.

I hate Darin Gantt, but at least he would break some news.

Well his job doesn't directly effect me in anyway so I really don't care honestly, we're all gonna find out that sort of news eventually. A journalist who digs deeper to report things that wouldn't have been found out otherwise is more impressive to me tbh.

Here's the thing though.

 

People whose assigned (paying) job is not to cover only the Panthers are getting news items that the people whose job it is to cover only the Panthers are not getting.

 

If they can get this info, why can't our guys?
