I believe so. But it may depend on what week the game falls on & whether or not Panthers somehow find a way to be contenders this yr. I already know the Ravens will.

Making primetime depends on how each team are you doing at the time the game will be aired.  If both teams are making a run then of course but if both sucks then absolutely not.  Now if it's the 2nd or 3rd game of the season then highly likely.

Yea, but they do have flex schedule, just like the Panthers vs. Saints went from the 1 o'clock time slot to primetime.
