So correct me if I am wrong.  They save 6.5 million but don't they have to pay him 3.5 million?   Just like when we signed Jake to that ridiculous contract and then he went to Cleveland.  We ended up paying for part of his salary (basically)

 

So we could get him at a good number and he would still get paid by Philly too. 

 

If that is the case we could really get a deal and Jackson and Cam would be an awesome combo.

According to Rapoport, Jackson will visit the Redskins on Monday, per a source informed of the team's plans. Dianna Marie Russini of WRC-TV first reported the news. 

Jackson and the Oakland Raiders have mutual interest, per Rapoport, who said the receiver has other, unspecified visits scheduled as well.

The Redskins, however, will have an opportunity to make him an offer he can't refuse once they let the playmaking wideout inside their building.

Well now the Chiefs, and Jackson's former coach Andy Reid, have said "not interested".

 

They were reported to have been a team that reached out to him.  Gotta figure they found or heard something they didn't like.
