We have been buildling around luke thus far, not cam. Just bc our record improved doesn't mean we are building around our qb. You know who is? The colts. The offense is a pretty big part of the team.  They've done very very little to try and improve the offense since Cam has been in the league and the first part of this offseason has been used to actively worsen it.
