Ray Rice indicted on 3rd degree aggravated assault

Depends on what type of person he is outside of that and if it's an isolated incident. Would you want to be judged on the worst thing you've done in your life?

I'm sorry but you knock a woman out then drag her unconscious body and look around to see if anyone is watching you. You got some major problems. The worst thing I've ever done in my life doesn't even come remotely close to that.

While your point is valid it will not be well received based on the scenario before us. Woman beating will trump every other argument.

You know I don't care how my opinions are received, and I don't like to get into people's personal lives. I'm just saying I won't judge a man on one incident, that we know of. I don't know Ray Rice personally so I'm not going to judge him based on a mistake. His fiancée obviously forgives him, so who am I to hang that over his head.

I'm sure it doesn't. But again, you don't know Ray or his fiancée and the easiest thing to do is judge him based on a 10 second video clip.

I've always been taught you can tell a mans character by how he treats women. Will I vilify him? No, but I'll never look at him the same

But do you judge him by how he treats her in one moment, or many? I don't know them, they could have a perfect relationship where he treats her like a queen outside of that incident or he could be oj Simpson, idk. Does the good outweigh the bad? That's something only she can answer.

When that one moment is what this was, then yes. I get what you are trying to do here. But think about what it would take for you to hit your fiancé. I think you are downplaying the significance of what happened

Yea I get that, actually seeing it makes it worse. I'm not trying to give him a pass for what he did and I believe he should be charged and face the consequences of his actions. I just don't think he should be remembered for that one thing. I can't imagine ever being that upset to do that to my fiancée, nor would I still be alive if I did.

You're talking about the one CLEARLY showing him knocking her unconscious and then dragging her away.

That 10 second video, right?

Who knows, maybe dat bitch got too uppity and had to be taught a lesson.  You know mouthy women deserve that kind of lesson to keep them in line.

(Am I close?)

When did I say any of that? I swear some of you can't have a civilized debate without going full retard. And maybe I missed that part of the video. Is there actual footage of him striking her?
