OL Coach Mike Maser didn't like him. Neither did Dan Henning.

Henning had him pulled from a game and got him chewed out big time. After that they never had any confidence in him.

Maybe. Quite a collection of interior lineman drafted in 2005 and 2006 by panthers. Hangman, Mathis, and Montgomery. Wharton came a year earlier in 2004.

All of those guys are now considered old for the NFL and that makes me feel old.
