Used fanspeak rankings - wanted to see what draft could look like if we went WR in the first. I'd be thrilled with this result - Lee would be a coup at 28 and James projects as a solid LT (and pushes bell back to the right side day 1). I think Latimer has been underrated and would be solid value in the third - he's got straight line speed and the basketball background to win jump balls. I don't think hurst starts over bell immediately but I think he has more upside. Could slide in to RG in year one if his injury doesn't hold him back. Just tried to get solid athletes for the defense in rounds 5-7, if even one of them sticks it's a win.

Ha - well clearly the simulator and I have different opinions on Lee.

Safe to say I'd be ecstatic with Lee in the second. I think he played injured last year and still put up very good numbers. Reminds me of Keenan Allen in that regard. I'd take him all day at the end of the first round.

This was a pretty nightmare scenario, everyone I think we should have significant interest in was long gone in the first. Yet the move would let us save significant money by cutting Godfrey in June.
