Updated fanspeak simulator

So, a re-do with a bias toward OT gave me this draft. Didn't get exact players I wanted because OT seems to go higher than ratings on Fanspeak. If this plays out on May 8, we may need to change "BPA" to "B-OT-A":

28

OT MORGAN MOSES

VIRGINIA

60

WR DONTE MONCRIEF

MISSISSIPPI

92

OT JAMES HURST

UNC

128

WR CODY LATIMER

INDIANA

168

CB AARON COLVIN

OKLAHOMA

204

CB DONTAE JOHNSON

NORTH CAROLINA STATE

225

S MARQUESTON HUFF

WYOMING

I think this would be an excellent draft.

I wonder what happened to make Purifoy drop in all these rankings so much.  He lost a little stock this year, but I haven't heard anything that would have knocked him down from his round 2-3 grade all the way down to the end of the draft.  I've seen that in a few places now.  Must have assaulted a police officer ala big brother Dennard.

Who would be mad with this draft? I mean, Teddy sitting there at 28? Let him back Cam up for a few years then trade him away, you've got a double return on your investment waiting to be had.

If Bridgewater is there at 28, you trade back for better picks. Don't pick him with Cam.

You can get a better trade for Bridgewater straight up than for a team to move up a few spots in the draft. Draft him, then see what Cleveland will trade for him, don't let them just use the draft pick value chart to go from 35 to 28.

I think OT is our biggest need, but I ran a mock with the assumptions that many have on here that OT at our pick will be a reach. I decided to go for impact players at any position, though I started on defense:

28

LB RYAN SHAZIER

OHIO STATE

60

CB LAMARCUS JOYNER or Marcus Roberson CB

FLORIDA STATE

92

WR ROB HERRON (got Latimer on first try)

WYOMING

128

OT JAMES HURST

NORTH CAROLINA

168

RB DE'ANTHONY THOMAS

OREGON

204

WR DEVIN STREET

PITTSBURGH

225

CB KEON LYN

SYRACUSE

Great athlete on the other side of Keuchly, CB that will play, speedy WR, OT who can start,

Thomas who can impact at Kr/pr, Street who is a tall project but could contribute, Lyn- ehhh
