AT&T Customers private information compromised?

Someone stole my wife identity from AT&T mobile and ordered poo load of phones.  AT&T Fraud Department called her and asked her why she needs so many Samsung Galaxies after they already shipped em... Someone stole my identity from AT&T Uverse and ordered a new service and reward card (I'm still working on solving this one...).  Thing is... we both sign up before we got married so all our information is different... from last name to address.  We found it odd that our identity was compromised around the same time (last week).  I called my friends who I knew had AT&T service and they also reported getting weird e-mails which they ignored.  Keep your eyes open people.  If you got weird e-mails with new order notification or reward cards being issued, your identity has been stolen.  Better get on credit report and lock your credit and issue fraud alert.

 

Btw, I cancelled my Uverse service over 6 months ago...
