Panthers meeting with Brandin Cooks

I'm definitely happy about this, however, I don't think Cooks falls past the Jets. Of course, if they get Jackson, our chances increase. So I'll stay optimistic.

Heard today that the Eagles are very interested in Cooks. Not sure he makes it to 28 anymore but I'd like it if he did.

 

i can see that. chip had to face him in the pac 12, so i can only imagine chip having  wet dreams about  Cooks.

This time of year, you can't read into anything. Some teams spend lots of time with players they aren't interested in to make teams think they are interested, so they can get another player they are really interested in.

This kid is electric. By the time the draft comes around, don't be surprised if Cooks is the 3rd WR drafted behind Watkins and Evans.

im not really crazy about the kid..yes he is fast but he doesnt seem to be that great at making people miss. hell anything better than what we have now

it is smokescreen season. but looking at the panthers WR corp, you would think the panthers do have some interest.

A few mock drafts have Cooks lasting to 28. A couple that do have us taking Beckham instead.

The only thing we can tell from this is that Cooks is on the Panther's draft board lol. Where he's ranked, who knows? Still, I am (mildly and minimally) happy about this :P
